Using QueryPilot
These terms govern access to the QueryPilot website, API, dashboard, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping account credentials and API keys secure, for activity under your account, and for providing accurate account information. Rotate or revoke a key if you believe it has been exposed.
Acceptable use
You may use QueryPilot for lawful applications and must comply with applicable laws, third-party terms, and privacy obligations. Do not use the service to abuse, disrupt, probe, bypass access controls, infringe rights, or submit automated traffic intended to harm third-party systems.
Credits and payment
Credits are prepaid usage units. The applicable balance, price, and usage rules are shown at purchase. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred, and are not a promise of unlimited availability. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
Service availability
We work to keep QueryPilot available and reliable, but the service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or third-party dependency issues.
